My Experience & Qualifications:

I have a solid foundation in clinical social work, holding a Bachelor's in Social Work (2008), a Master's in Social Work (2014), and my LCSW license (2016). Since opening my private practice in 2019, I’ve honed my expertise in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory, focusing on relationships, including dating, marriage therapy, divorce, and co-parenting.Over the years, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing a well-rounded perspective to supervision. I spent 10 years as a Comprehensive and School-Based Community Treatment (CSCT) Specialist, which has enhanced my ability to support early-career therapists in a wide range of clinical settings.Who I Work WithI offer supervision to early-career therapists—especially those just out of grad school—who are seeking licensure and are interested in building their own private practices.

How Clinical Supervision Works:

Supervision is tailored to meet your unique needs and can be conducted in-person or virtually. We will determine the frequency and length of your sessions based on your needs, whether you're seeking ongoing support or more intensive guidance.

Frequency:

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, based on your progress and goals

Session Length:

Typically 60 minutes, but can be adjusted as needed
